HOW DO I RECEIVE MY DATA?

Data is provided by secure download and/or a copy of the data can be delivered to your preferred address on CD. Please choose your preferred delivery method(s) at the order stage. Data is provided in a Comma Separated Value Format (CSV) format and can be integrated with any contact management system.

WHEN DO I RECEIVE MY DATA?

Data is provided by secure download via email within one hour of payment confirmation received. If you have requested a hard copy to follow then this usually takes up to three working days to arrive.

HOW IS THE DATA SOURCED?

Data is collected from multiple sources; these include trade shows, business magazines, online registration forms, business directories, companies’ house information, email surveys and online lead generation campaigns and our own in-house telephone research.

IS THERE A MINIMUM ORDER?

No – however for bespoke packages the minimum order value is £ 195.00.

ARE THE EMAIL ADDRESSES GENERIC?

The majority (95%+) of email addresses we provide are non-generic, meaning they are specific to the contact, john.smith@companyname.co.uk as opposed to info@companyname.co.uk.

HOW MANY TIMES CAN I USE THE DATA?

Data is provided on a no restriction usage basis.

ARE THE ADDRESSES OPT-IN?

Business lists are supplied on an opt-out basis and Consumer lists are provided on an opt-in basis, both methods are compliant with current legislation.

HOW OFTEN ARE LISTS UPDATED?

Our email lists are continually cleaned on a ‘Live’ basis, meaning that after every campaign, bounced email addresses and unsubscribed email addresses are automatically purged from our master file.
